ABOUT THE HAPPYRANCE HORSE FARM

The Happy Ranch Horse Farm property stretches over 25 acres and contains modern facilities, including 2 housing stables, a round pen, and a 20m × 40m dressage arena. The stables are built to international standards and the equipment used is imported from USA, Australia, and Germany.

 OUR HORSES

 The horses at The Happy Ranch Horse Farm are mostly Cambodian ponies and some are corssbreed. They range in height from 130 to 150cm (13 to 15 hands) at the withers. Due to the size of our horses we unfortunately have to impose a [weight limit of 90kg or 200lds or 14st]. Many of our horses are perfect for beginner and first time riders, while others require a rider with experience.

OUR TRAILS

We have a variety of trails to suit all riders. Our trails venture off the beaten track through village and countryside. You can even visit a local pagoda our unique trails will ensure that your Cambodia horse riding experience is unforgettable. We offer rides and lead rides for one, two, three or four hours.

OUR HORSES CART RIDES

If you prefer a more sedate journey to the countryside, ride in one of our original Khmer horse carts.

WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN

Everyday from sunrise to sunset. When you book your trail please let us know your weight and previous riding experience so that we can select the most suitable horse for you.

Lead ride (Weight limit is 90kg , 200lbs, 14st) price include an experienced guide.

30 minutes = $20 per person

Countryside trail ride (Weight limit is 90kg,`200lba, 14st) price include an experienced guide.

1 hr =   $38 per person

2 hrs = $60 per person

3 hrs =  $75 per person

4 hrs =  $95 per person

Horse-Cart ride (no weight limit, minimum 2 people & max per cart 5 persons)

1 hr  =  $20 per person / per hour

- Children over 10 year old = $20 per person / per hour

- Children 5-10 year old = $10 per person / per hour

Children under 5 year old = Free

Local tour leader joining  = Free

Guest must arrive the Happy Ranch 15 minutes before their ride time so we can get them ready and provide proper instruction.

NO Transfer service ( Pick-up and drop off), guest own responsible

Tour products descriptions

Horseback ride with an experienced guide

Half an hour lead ride :

for those who would like to get a feel for being on horseback, especially children, this is an ideal introduction to horse riding. You get to ride around the Ranch with one of our trained stable hands staff assisting.

Village trail ride ( approx. 1 hour trail or lead ride) :

admire the countryside by horseback and meet plenty of locals along the way as you ride through traditional Cambodia villages.

Village and countryside trail (approx. 2 hours) :

Ride our horses or ponies through the scenic rice fields and villages. See the real Cambodia. This is suitable for both beginners and advanced riders.

 Temple ride (approx.. 3 hours) :

this trail ride will allow you to experience a unique side of Cambodia. Ride through the countryside and villages and see the real siem reap, Angkor. You will also be able to visit a Pagoda/Angkorian temple ruins called WAT Atver where you can have a break and explore before continuing off the beaten track.

Completely Cambodia (half day- approx.. 4 hours) :

 Immerse yourself in the Cambodia countryside and really get to understand how people live. You will ride through local village where you can observe local craftsmen and farmers in the rice fields. You will get a chance to visit an angkorian temple and then continue on to wat Chedai, a contemporary pagoda built on the foundation of a much older angkorian structure known for the burial ground of an angkorian dynasty.

Horse cart ride with guide :

This tour travel from the ranch past Wat Chork pagoda, traversing local villages with a stop at Wat Atvea, a pagoda/ angkorian temple ruin, an eco, friendly way for sightseeing the rural countryside.

Minimum 2 people and maximum 4-5 people per horse cart.

However, Happy Ranch will take booking for 1 person, but pricing will be charged at the rate for 2 people.
